First peer networking event for phrase editors in the Danish Public Sector

We have just held the first in a series of networking events dedicated to the country’s phrase editors who work daily with DynamicTemplate. Our software is used by the majority of the country’s municipalities, and the purpose of these meetings is to strengthen users’ competencies through collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing.

At the first meeting, we had the pleasure of several exciting presentations from Slagelse Municipality. They shared their experiences on how they use DynamicTemplate’s templates and automation in their daily work. They also discussed the challenges they face and how they work with solutions that ensure both efficiency and quality in their processes.

An interesting presentation focused on web accessibility, where document phrases provide a well-thought-out foundation to ensure that all content in citizens’ letters and municipal documents complies with mandatory web accessibility requirements. It was a key reminder of how the correct use of phrases and templates can create a solid basis for ensuring digital inclusion.

The participants also contributed several constructive suggestions for future activities, and we are already working on addressing some of these proposals and exploring how we can best facilitate them moving forward.

All in all, it was an extremely inspiring day, filled with valuable input and dialogues that strengthen our shared work to optimize and streamline the way we work with documents.

We are very much looking forward to continuing the networking events and to the next meeting, which will be held on October 23rd in Kolding Municipality.
