Omnidocs acquires officeatwork

Omnidocs has acquired officeatwork, a Switzerland-based provider of document creation solutions.

The acquisition strengthens Omnidocs’ Microsoft-based document automation offering, particularly for organizations with complex, compliance-critical document workflows in the DACH region.

officeatwork brings a mature, Microsoft-focused product, a strong partner network, and an established customer base in the DACH region. The software enables organizations to produce branded, compliant documents directly in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Continuity for customers

For customers of both companies, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. Existing products, contracts, and support models remain in place. The acquisition strengthens Omnidocs’ ad hoc document generation capabilities and complements its expertise in structured document generation and regulated workflows. With officeatwork, Omnidocs strengthens its presence in the DACH region and expands its ability to support organizations with high requirements for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance.
